I'm a Product Manager with a passion for building things that matter, shipping products that solve real problems at scale. I studied Electrical & Electronics Engineering at BITS Pilani, Goa, which gave me a systems-thinking lens I bring to everything I build. At my core, I'm just a really curious guy, always looking to understand the how and why behind everything.
On the side, I freelance in 3D animation, turning ideas into motion and visuals into worlds. I also have a passion for filmmaking and cinematography, and I love narrating captivating stories. I live at the intersection of structured thinking and creative instinct.

Great products begin with empathy. I map the end-to-end journey so exporters never have to fight the UI—flows feel obvious because they’re built around how people work.

Products live inside ecosystems. I connect APIs, carriers, finance, and ops into a single surface so the business scales without silos or rework.

Progress over perfection. Ship fast, learn faster, and tighten the loop with feedback, A/B tests, and post-release reviews so each launch lands sharper than the last.
Xindus
Associate Product Manager- Built and launched Xindus Referral Program, defining user flows, WhatsApp sharing journeys, and payout automation; drove gamified adoption, generating ₹38L+ revenue.
- Led development of Advanced FOB & Duty Calculator, modeling complex pricing logic for different exporter segments; enabling 1000+ exporters to update their Marketplace pricing post DeMinimis Changes.
- Scaled OneClickShip platform by automating marketplace integrations and order ingestion; reduced manual shipment creation by 40% across 10k+ monthly shipments.
- Designed platform-wide standard FOB cost model, structuring backend data and calculation logic; ensuring accurate invoices & manifest generation across all international shipments.
- Launched UK high-value shipment flow by aligning cross-functional stakeholders and simplifying complex compliance processes; enabled upfront Duty & VAT calculation and onboarded 300+ exporters post-launch.
- Integrated HubSpot CRM with core workflows, automating deal and order creation; reduced manual sales operations by 30%.
- Built last-mile carrier workflows, integrating APIs and cost engines for dynamic selection and live tracking; reduced operational dependency by 35%.
ISRO
Research Intern- Designed and built a 400 kHz high-frequency DC-DC forward converter, delivering 40W from a 70V satellite bus with stable multi-output regulation.
- Improved efficiency from 70% to 86% and reduced footprint by ~10% through optimized PCB layout, transformer/inductor design, and MOSFET selection.
- Optimized control loop stability using current-mode control with a Type-2 compensator, enhancing transient response and dynamic load performance.
IOCL
Project Intern- Analyzed cathodic protection systems across pipelines, identifying critical over-protection caused by DC interference and preventing potential coating failure.
- Evaluated mitigation strategies and recommended a system-level correction, reducing long-term corrosion risk by 30%.
- Proposed corrective measures to lower corrosion-related maintenance costs by 25%, improving overall asset reliability.
